 We
were out looking for Signs of Spring around Story a few weeks ago. You see, April of
1999 blessed us with a lot of moisture...in several forms, so we used every sunny moment
to reaffirm that winter was drawing to a close. Our population sign revealed that spring is a time of birth. We aren't
sure which of our several newest residents this accounts for, but we chuckled and imagined
proud parents!!
The state must not have thought it so funny because
they replaced this sign with a green background one that denies the new resident! |
